1st picture is what the dress is supposed to look like .. he was just supposed to add clips to make the top tighter for when we tied the bow… nope cut the whole bow off and added these ugly clips that doesn’t even close the dress. He was supposed to take it in and fix the butt area to form better . So remind you the dress on the left is what he got and the one on the right is what he gave back! Very good service, rightly recommend!
Gets the job done for basic alterations. Fast/same-day turn around time. The store is messy, but does it really matter if it's a job well done? I can't personally speak to any complex requests. I would recommend this place for your regular alterations. However, give the man +15min to the ETA if it's busy.
Lost my dresses Then when he finally found them not all alterations were done
Needed a quick alteration and they came through. Fast, reliable, and the work was done really well. Prices were fair too. Definitely recommend if you need something altered without the hassle.
