Called for a repair estimate . Didn’t know if it was a liner or graphite due to different people saying different things. He told me he didn’t do liners I asked him to come and see what I’m working with (hence he does repairs) and charges for estimates. I told him okay I can pay , he stated he didn’t want to be bothered and didn’t want the work and hung up the phone , Mind you he was talking to someone else in the background. Terrific service. Asked if they installed handrails. Troy said they did. Told him what I needed and it was done within a week. Btw….all of this was done by text messaging. Installation was done while we were out of town. Same good service with a leak problem (we have a 35 year old pool). He knows his business well. Highly recommend this company…..if you’re in his trade area.

Chaney pools was kind enough to answer my call regarding pool service on a Sunday. I was just expecting to get a voicemail so I was happy to actually speak with someone. My mom, who has typically taken care of scheduling all of the maintenance and care for their pool, just passed away one week ago. Troy said he had heard about my mom’s passing and was so gracious and offered condolences. He said he would get us scheduled for next week.
