Not very helpful. While pleasant to talk to and not a rude person, he was not helpful in any way, shape or form. Yes, the medication is on backorder but to not look up if there was a similar medication available to instead "I'm sorry, I'm busy and I'm trying to listen to you" rather than answer the question about a medication is unacceptable. This is the problem with pharmacies of today, unhelpful!
