This is the worse facility to come to… today is my THIRD time trying to come in the facility due to the fact that they never answer the phones ever. I decided to get here as a walk-in instead, they do not tell you online the correct address they have an old address up that says 8419 S. cottage Grove on the website but when you get here the actual address is 8425 S. cottage Grove. Not sure if their really any help with wic..i hate unexpected appointment i wasnt aware of and they just randomly pick a day to not put benefits on my child wic card like ?? You couldve called me to let me know of an appointment not stop my childs benefits. Its really frustrating its a last minute source but doesnt really helps my child its kind of annoying, then i call the office she doesnt want to pick up the phone its really annoying dealing with this wic.
They are always helpful and friendly
You would think the person who rings your items would try to catch you if you left something. Now my baby doesn’t have milk for tonight. Extremely angry because it’s located in a colored community. It’s partially my fault for not realizing until I got home but I take public transportation with a toddler do it’s easy to forget
