I had a flat tire on my Range Rover and it had locking lug nuts to which I did not have the key. Without success, I inquired with 5 different businesses that couldn't change my tire because they either didn't have the right equipment to remove the locking lugs, didn't want the liability of removing them, or wanted so much money that I couldn't afford it.
