Got 3 bids and hired Rich, he came in the lowest and I know one shouldn't go with the lowest but we just liked him, his candor and honesty. We needed to spruce up our 2 bathrooms in a house we recently bought. He and his crew are very hard workers and easy to work with. If you're not happy with something he'll fix it until you are! We had Richard build us a handicap bathroom and upgrade a hall bathroom. We are more than satisfied with his work. Now my husband can use the shower without falling. Thanks for your help Richard.

Our house was falling apart. My husband who is a retired contractor just can't do the work anymore. Alot of repairs to be done. Big jobs and little jobs. Replace the rafters and roof over the sun room, drywall work on 3 rooms in the interior, reseat two toilets plus many other tedious tasks. He is extremely helpful and willing to work with you. He does great, professional work and has an easygoing personality so you don't feel overwhelmed. I don't know anything about construction but he really took the time to explain and give me ideas. If you want great work and a person who will communicate through the whole process, this is your guy!
