Got 3 bids and hired Rich, he came in the lowest and I know one shouldn't go with the lowest but we just liked him, his candor and honesty. We needed to spruce up our 2 bathrooms in a house we recently bought. He and his crew are very hard workers and easy to work with. If you're not happy with something he'll fix it until you are! I admit I was very active in the project and I did all the paint work to save money. We were able to stay within budget and then some!
