The worker flipped trash out of my garbage can and left it on the floor, wadded up the rug and didn’t put it back, left a part to the toilet on the floor (surely that’s not important!!??), and took a fat piss and used all my toilet paper without even asking. He jsut slammed the door shut to my bathroom and let loose and left the toilet seat up and everything. At least ask and be respectful. And clean up after yourself. And make sure all the parts are back on the toilet?!? Just utterly disappointed.
Amy was nice & she was able to schedule for today 4/11 w/ a window of 10-12pm. Evan texted 11;30ish on way from Salt Lake. Inspected faucets and values instead and outside shut off value. He thought maybe couldn't do anything today. Texted Amy w/ recommendations she then did estimate and sent to property management and he was able to use parts he had to replace inside 5 valves and 2 faucets ( bathroom sink& kitchen) Outside value deteriorated no replacement will send in recommendation. Our experience with Home Depot Kapolei was not great. The floor sales clerk was good and helpful, but the Customer Service person, he needed an attitude adjustment.
