We purchased our home from JS Homes and closed on November 20. Since moving in, we have experienced ongoing electrical issues, including breakers that trip repeatedly. When just calling for a quote, employee was rude, condescending and dismissive. Avoid this company as there are others that want your business.
Tc did work on my new construction. They wired up an exhaust fan and left the manual in the fan blade. Thankfully the house didn’t burn down but the motor doesn’t work. When I contacted them to have them fix it, they refused and blamed the roofer for not going in the attic to check. They offered no assistance and now I have to pay someone else to do the job I already paid them to do.
