Nice staff good service
I bought a set of tires at your store in New Iberia, La. When I had a flat tire and couldn't lower my spare I had to be towed to the Youngsville location. The man there said he would have to get authorization for my road hazard warranty. I sat for two hours waiting for authorization. Finally I just bought a tire for my truck for the one that should have been covered.
The staff at Tire Choice in Youngsville, was very respectful and accommodating. They changed the tires out on my truck in a timely fashion and even put my spare tire back under the bed of my truck! I highly recommend using tire choice in Youngsville!
Had rear brake pads, rotors, and tires replaced on my F150 with no prior scheduled appointment. Service manager was responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire time I was there and the repairs were done quickly and reliably.
