What a wonderful find this place was during our recent trip to Lafayette! Their seafood is incredible--fresh, fresh, fresh! We bought fresh shrimp, seasoned crabs, crawfish boudin, along with their special sauce which is not bottled, they make it and "cup" it up right there. While waiting for our crabs to cook--yes, they cook them to order, it was fun watching the jumpin' jack crawdaddy's being sorted by a seasoned pro--he knew exactly how to handle these lively crustaceans.
