Bill was very knowledgeable and competent. I explained my symptoms and he listened which was so refreshing. He saved me thousands of dollars with his expertise and advice. When I picked up my vehicle it was ready and right on time. In the first minute of driving it I could tell he delivered on his commitment and definitely demonstrated he is every bit the professional he comes across as. If you have any transmission problems on an old or new vehicle, this is the place.
Called and had a great conversation with a man who talked to me about my transmission request and scheduled an appointment two weeks out. Called today to confirm tomorrow's appointment and another guy basically told me to get lost. He doesn't work on my transmission type and told me to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service and overall internal communication. I would not trust my vehicle to this guy or this business after this experience.
