Was impressed at first with responsiveness from Tom regarding a snow plow contract. Came out right away and gave me a price. I tried for two weeks to get a contract to sign. Then all of a sudden no response to my texts or phone calls. Very disappointed and wasted two weeks when I could have been looking for someone else. If you had a change of plans, at least have the courtesy to let me know. We both have ties to Alden.
