Really disappointed with the quality and customer service we received here. We ordered 3 rings: 1 engagement and 2 wedding bands and all three broke or lost multiple diamonds within the first 2 years. 1. Male tungsten wedding band cracked after they recommended we use that material because it’s so ‘strong’ 2. Two diamonds fell out of my wedding band. Helped us get the engagement ring we dreamed of. Andrea was extremely patient all throughout the process and was able to make our descriptions of the ring, reality. She was willing to work with us to incorporate some custom cut gemstones that took a long time for us to get and able to go from a design to delivery rapidly. Highly recommend.
