I started using T&T Pools two years ago for the maintenance , opening and closing of my fiberglass pool. At first the communication and service was wonderful, but since I opened my pool this year and I began having problems, they have been no help to me at all. I would text Cameron, the only person I have communicated with there, and he would ignore my text and then eventually respond and tell me how short staffed they were.
