The quality of service was subpar. The atmosphere was not inviting at all. I was in this area and decided to get a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. This just happened to the nail salon near me. I looked at the prices on the website and decided to give them a try. I would tell anyone that is going to use this company. This place fraud me out of almost 400 dollars I went for a 65 dollar pedicure and was 383 and they told my bank that I reported a false dispute. I will be reporting a police report. Do not use this establishment they will fraud you!!!!!
I would've rated this salon a 4 star if they didn't change the price after they quoted me a different price. They originally told me the price was $55, but with no change to the services, I ended up with a $65 bill. As a fellow business owner, this is a pet peeve of mine. Integrity is everything. Update: A day later, and the paint began to chip on most of my nails. And I got GEL POLISH, which usually lasts 2 weeks. This was a total waste of my money because I will apparently have to get my nails repainted by a reputable salo... read more
