First of all, Omar the technician, was friendly nice and had good customer service. The company, T & N, is a scam company. Who googles a plumber or electrician, says oh yeah let’s use this 1.5 star company? Apparently first American home warranty does. T&N has come out three times in the last five years: first they said our tankless water heater wasn’t working because it needed a flush. Charged for that. Didnt work. Straight up insurance scammers 😂😂😂 if you wanna come outtah pocket to support some scammers for things you dont need and keep their show going this is the place. These guys are always late, unprofessional with paperwork/documenting and theyve made this process take way longer than it should and to top it off they refuse to give you a break down of what theyre going to do or did until after you pay. Horrible customer service! Would give zero stars if I could. Angie is soo rude. Not sure what kind of miscommunications they have amongst their team but TWO people from their company called to set up two different appointments with their techs; one a plumber and one an electrician. When the plumber did not show I called to inquire why and she snapped at me that there was no claim/ticket for a plumber and that I needed to call insurance about it.
