Horrible service. Unprofessional and showed up 4 hours late. I would stay away from this company.
I was worried after seeing the horrible reviews on Google about T&N Electric and plumbing. But I had a fantastic experience! First American Home sent them due to half of my master bedroom and master bath losing power & no breaker switches were tripped. Issac from T&N came out and was very professional, respectful of my home , friendly and explained everything he was doing. This company gets a literal 0-star rating. Google forces you to select at least one star, because if it were up to me, they wouldn’t get any. Absolute garbage of a company. The customer service is beyond terrible, it’s nonexistent. Calls go unanswered, concerns are dismissed, and when you finally do get someone on the line, you’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. They are the worse to hire
If I could give negative stars I would. 1st off, whomever works their phone needs to take a course in customer etiquette. They need to realize you don't talk over your customer when they are trying to explain things to them. 2nd, Their technicians are a joke. Cant troubleshoot to save their lives. They failed my with my hot water heater situation. Turned up the heat on the tank so the master bathroom could get hotter water quicker or whatever and then tries to say there's a faulty valve the shower keeping the hot water from ... read more
