hopeless company. We agreed on $350 out of pocket now it’s $1000 and they went back on their word. Why the hell would I pay $1000 when others are doing it for $200-400 for AC repairs. Also they kept changing my appointment and losing my appointment. One time I called, a kid picked up. Stupid company. First American warranty needs to stop using them.
If i could give zero stars this place would get it. They were contracted to use through home warranty to come and check out our water heater. First their on the phone service is horrible they were short with my wife on the phone before we eventually talked to someone helpful. They gave us a window between 8am and noon. I called around ten to get an estimate ETA and after i spoke to the lady on the phone saying who i was she just hung up on me and then the second time i called they wouldnt answer. My home warranty people sent these people out to my house last month to repair a leak underneath my house from my kitchen. Last week I continued to smell the sewage from underneath the house. I called my home insurance and they sent the company out again to remove the water so these guys could come out and repair what they did not do properly the first time. Absolute terrible company to work with. I missed their call and their technician left my house, I called back immediately and hey said he'd turn around. I have a ring doorbell on the property and the technician NEVER came back to the door. When I spoke with the manager, she said per their trackers, he did come back and she was on the phone with him and confirmed he was there. STAY AWAY!!! My former Home Warranty provider sent these clowns to replace my garbage disposal a few years ago. I already paid the deductible to my Home Warranty. When these scammers came they were up-charging an additional $50, in cash, to "modify" the p-trap. I told them the deductible was already paid and they still insisted the fee was standard for their so-called services. Afterwards I had 2 other reputable plumbing companies take a look and they both agreed that no p-trap modifications were needed. There's a reason why... read more
