-10 stars. Anyone who said they have a good experience with this company are lying or work there. I have never had a WORSE experience with any type of customer service or contracting company. I know why all the home warranties use them, because they’re dirt cheap because no one else would ever use their services. I had an awesome experience. They explained everything and were very helpful. I feel very comfortable and confident in their work. I definitely would recommend them.
If your home warranty selects T and N, call your home warranty company and ask to reroute to another, more reputable service provider. I took a day off work to meet with them and they never arrived. When I called to see why, no explanation was given. Then, an employee Kevin arrived randomly on a day I wasn’t home without notifying me. My wife was home on lunch and they gave her a card and left. Unprofessional, with ratings to match.
Horrible service. Unprofessional and showed up 4 hours late. I would stay away from this company.
