T & M handles our entire development for grass cutting and snow removal. While doing snow removal, an employee broke my mailbox. I heard them outside clearing my driveway at night. I turned on my outdoor light so they could see better. I saw them hit the mailbox but I didn’t know it was damaged till the following day. When reported to T & M, they refused to pay for the damage claiming they were not responsible.
