This was the salon experience i needed! I traveled from Mexico and I was not disappointed. I knew as soon as I seen the Marcels, my hair was going to be slayed and she did just that. Thank you again, you truly restored my faith of the beauty industry!
I bought a Groupon for a facial, which turned out to be my first mistake. The place was dirty and appeared to be undergoing some sort of interior construction. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had. The towels used during the facial had a terrible mildew odor. A waste of my time and money for sure!
My lips look really good afterward and are healing fine from the injection. 1 ml lip fillers from Groupon. Edit: I'm editing my review because my results went down in less than 1 month back to their original volume. I learned that the gun tool The lady used to inject me is not approved for filler and in most cases causes long-term damage. She punctured my artery. I walked into this business today and was amazed at how dirty the salon was. It has a mildewy smell so I wonder if there's some kind of water issue going on, but it's visibly dirty. I initially wanted to get a facial, but everything visually about the place was a red flag. Upon reading recent reviews, see that this business is quickly developing a reputation for low service standards both in the actual product they deliver and customer treatment. Hands down the worst “spa” experience I’ve ever had. I bought several vouchers on Groupon and tried to make an appointment via the website which wasn't correctly listing the therapists or their availability. I called instead and the woman who answered clearly wasn't concerned the website wasn't working or offered an explanation. I made the appointment and called back to confirm that it would be a female therapist, she impatiently said yes and before I could I barely say thanks hung up on me. Red flag.
