I'll jump straight to the point. When going through the home buying process, I was the victim of an attempted phishing scam facilitated by TA of the Main Line. I can confidently state their email system has been compromised allowing scammers to perform these attacks against customers. When contacted about this, TA of the Main Line didn’t seem concerned in the least bit about this, which is baffling.
