My foot popped, like when you crack your knuckles. Intense pain followed and then subsided to just bothersome, went on for months. After trying several times to massage it myself I decided to get my first pedicure. T and A nails completely got rid of my pain. My feet feel great! I go once a month now, you should to, it will change you life.
