I called for parts for my DeWalt DW735, thinking I had bad cutterhead bearings. I talked to Shawn who verified that I had the right part numbers, but offered to have me talk to the technician, Tom, for help with replacement. Tom was helpful and suggested other potential issues about the louder than normal whine coming from the machine, and how to test to find the source.
