I’ve had two bad experiences here, both with the older gentleman. On my first visit, I asked for a gel manicure with a simple design. He aggressively removed the acrylic, overused the drill, and scraped my nails uncomfortably. The design looked nothing like what I requested. My nails were left jagged on the free edge and I had to file them when I got home - and I painted over them bc I decided I could not live with the design. TINA was great, fast and knows what she is doing. I wanted my nails long pointy and matt black for Halloween. Got so many complements on them that I kept them that way, just now in a mauve color. Thinking what color to get next. I just don't know how to post a pic of my nails on hear.
