If I could leave a no star rating, I 100% would. I have been in contact on several occasions with the owner Chris for well over 5 months, asking and then eventually begging him to get my vehicle into his shop to fix. Each time, he stated and has given his word to do so..... and still nothing! It seems as if that if you weren't a Silex known name of any roots, he just does not give a damn whatsoever! I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone, not ever.
Took my 2012 Nissan to Thornhill's with a loud rattle under the hood. Was expecting big trouble. They removed and remounted a heat shield and the rattle was gone. Was charged only a very minimal amount. I have had several other repairs done here and have always been pleased with the outcome. Very good prices and great service. An efficient and friendly shop.

My friend was there and they paid with food stamps and they taxed his food stamps and said there's nothing they can do about it. This is very illegal! You can no longer trust Walmart they are now adding hidden fees! Check your receipts!
