Punctual and professional. I hired T-1 to replace some rotten boards on my house as well as rebuild a deck and add new railing. They did an excellent job. Clear communication and quality work!

The T-1 Construction team did an awesome job enclosing our screened-in deck, making it a 4-season room. They also insulated our ceiling which made it much cooler during this summer's heat. They installed flooring over the deck planks, which will help keep the cold air out during the winter months.
