The T-1 Construction team did an awesome job enclosing our screened-in deck, making it a 4-season room. They also insulated our ceiling which made it much cooler during this summer's heat. They installed flooring over the deck planks, which will help keep the cold air out during the winter months. T1 Construction did an amazing job to my screen patio. The first guy I hired to build my porch did a bum job and left my hanging with an unfinished patio. T1 came out immediately and not only finished the patio but fix everything the first guy screwed up. He did a great job! Very neat and professional work. He also did a deck platform for my gezebo to sit on.
