I don't like her at first but she grew on me
Dr. Joan Szynal is absolutely wonderful! From her vast knowledge, compassion, and care, I have never felt so heard by a physician! She has been bound and determined to help me and for that, I am very grateful! Everything about her office top-notch! Juanita does everything she can to help and is such a sweetheart! Look elsewhere if you’re trying to be heard and tested properly and if you appreciate compassion, humanity, and consideration. I did not get a description of what was going to happen. When she entered the room, my first impression was, she was disheveled. She also had an atrocious very disregarding and dismissive bedside manner. Rude. She didn’t explain anything. I'd give 0 stars if possible!! First time ever being to this OSMC in Elkhart. Not familiar with Elkhart to begin with. Missed my turn, had to turn around on a very busy street, and then waited for an older couple to cross the parking lot so I could park. Checked in at 10:39am after waiting for a receptionist. My appointment was at 1030am.
