Has not been a year when I contacted Szuls regarding dying shrubs. Sent pictures showing the state the shrubs were in. Sent someone out to feed and cut dead branches off. Few weeks ago I contacted them again regarding the same issues. I wanted my husband to be there so they can let him know why these shrubs were dying. I was contacted back that they are very busy and will come out when they can. Of course it was when we were not home. Once again , he fed and cut branches. They look worse now. I engaged this company for landscaping job recently. At first all was moving along nicely. There was a charge for a plan/drawing which I thought was standard practice for the specific job which was a medium sized job. Once I received the drawing (which was $750), I was very underwhelmed. I voiced this fact to them along with some additional questions. From that point on, there was huge delays in response time.
