Dr Szilvassy is amazing, has been my doctor for many years. Receptionist Christie is a god sent, she’s so nice and you can really feel her empathy through the phone and in person she has been there several years and is the one who keeps me going back. My main complaint is the other receptionist who is rude and very unpleasant to speak with. Doesn’t care who you are or why you’re calling. If I could I'd put 0 stars for the receptionist and nurse I would, very unprofessional, terrible service. They will not call you back when they say all along they will. Dr. Szilvassy is good though, they get 4 stars.
I’ve had the doctor for quite a while. Best doctor I’ve had.
The Doctor, the Nurse, and Christie (reception) are all fantastic. They are always kind, professional, and take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. The level of care and attention they provide is truly appreciated. I always feel well taken care of when I visit. I can’t recommend them enough.
Excellent family doctor and a very caring man.
