I RETAINED THEIR SERVICES AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE WORKING ON IT. 3 WEEKS LATER I GET A EMAIL FROM MY CLAIMS ADJUSTER SAYING SHE DROPPED MY CLAIM BECAUSE NO ONE HAS CONTACTED THEM ABOUT MY CLAIM AT ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS AND UNPROFESSIONAL
