Right from the start of trying to discuss my project the sales person fought me on the known definition and differences in "Manufactured homes" and "Modular Home's" in regards to their use in local ordinances. Her stance was they are the "same thing". EVERYTHING I've researched including what the actual zoning office of Denton township told me, clearly defines the differences between the two. Highly recommend Szach Builders for your new build or remodel. From Brenda and the entire office staff, to Mark and all the construction crew. Professional, courteous and timely. Fun to work with. They did a excellent job on our home remodel. Posted before and after pictures in the photo section.
