Emily was very rude to my 3 year old grand daughter. She flicked my fingers out of her way and told me to relax. Then trying to fix the chair to have my toe nails done after a hip replacement, she told me it's not the chair it's your feet. She adjusted my body parts very forcefully, including adjusted my hands in the gel manicure machine. Just unbelievable. I didn't tip and was followed out to my car to get a tip. Really? Pedicure was ok, the guy who did mine seemed afraid to touch me though & the included massage was something my 7-year-old would do. The atmosphere had potential--clean & seems new, and the lighting is nice--but the only thing on the walls are 2 flat screen tvs with Fox News on. The entire wall of pedicure chairs directly face these tvs & there's no where else to look. I asked if the channel could be changed (to literally anything else) & was told no, it's "free TV" so they only get 1 channel. Extremely odd having such a divi... read more
They want you to pay extra for cutical care above the cost of the acrylic fill.
I’m currently sitting in their pedicure chair as I write this, since I have all the time in the world to do so. My appointment was at 3pm for a pedicure. I get here at 2:55, pick out my color and sit down on the bench. I get called back to sit in a chair, they turn the water on and I’m just waiting (which is fine). 12 minutes go by, no one has seen me yet and now the water is getting cold.
