Another well driller giving 5 stars to a competitor? YES. We love Todd, he's helped us out of a few binds when our own drill rig went down. Very honest and thorough. Great crew!
Friday afternoon 3:30 pm and no water in the house. Called a couple of places for help—neither could come until Monday. A whole weekend without water! Called Sytsma Well Drilling and caught the owner on the way to another job. He came over immediately and spent until 6 pm fixing my well pump which was down deep! He was unfailing polite and talkative. Showed me each step of replacing the pump, got things up and running and the charge was reasonable! Highly recommend this company! Saved my weekend!
I called 3 well drilling companies, none of which were Sytsma. I was given their number by another company. One of the companies never got back to us & another called back to say they didn't get my message. So glad that we were given their number. Excellent service, excellent work. On time. Incredibly fair & looked out for our best interests. We have water again, at a fair & reasonable cost, thanks to Sytsma Well Drilling. Would call without hesitation!
We had a problem with our well on a Saturday. I called Todd at Sytsema and he was able to make time for us on the weekend to come out and replace our pump. His professionalism and response to us in our time of crisis was amazing. They just don't make em like this anymore! 5 stars!!
