Terrible customer service from Sytner Select. I was in the process of discussing a used car with a sales person (I won't name on here, unless management want to contact me regarding it) here is a direct copy and of the email sent to me. "Unfortunately the car was unable to meet our stringent guidelines so we will not be able to retail the car.
