They sold me a faulty car with a warranty, but when problems arose — like a broken air conditioning system — they refused to fix it and ignored every attempt to get the issue resolved. If you value your money and peace of mind, steer well clear of Sytner Cardiff and their warranties. I’ve dropped the car off four times and it’s never been fixed.
