Had a significant accident repair undertaken here on my wife's X3 and the service and quality of repair was superb. You cannot tell that the car has been in a collision. Massive thanks to Phil and the team for a perfect demonstration of top notch customer care.

car confirmed ready on phone , receptionist rude on my arrival, found car outside entrance door but receptionist delayed pickup by ignoring me, taking & making calls!! 2nd desk lady noticed me waiting & gave me authority to collect. found necklace in car and gave to unhelpful receptionist who signed off collection. one bad apple .....
