Placed an order, we received a email from a separate company with no explanation just an amount. We then called the restaurant to find why it was refunded, to be told something was out of stock but we have sent the order. No communication and their excuse was we were busy, being busy is not the customers problem, who sends out a incomplete order without speaking to the customer. Shocking customer service. Might be best to call in advance to see what is out of stock before placing your order because they will never tell you.
Jedzenie w smaku dobrze doprawione, lecz kawki mięsa bardzo żylaste. Miła obsługa, lecz następnym razem sprbuję pizzy. Piwo Efes bardzo dobre.
My partner just ordered 1 lamb kebab and 1 chicken kebab. Just a few bits of meat and a sprinkle of salad if you looked very closed. Lamb so tough even the dogs couldn't chew it and the chicken dry it stuck in your throat. I called to explain how poor and disgusting it was and was told it could be exchanged if we brought it back. No chance I want it replacing its in the bin. Never ever will I go back. Pathetic excuse for a kebab or wrap whatever it was supposed to be.
