Horrible experience. Lack of care for patients. Dr. Caitlin was rude and uncaring which that is not what you want when choosing someone. I was also auto-billed after being told by Colleen she would honor a payment plan. Go somewhere where they care.
We are happy with the care we have received at Systemic Wellness. We are always treated with kindness, understanding and respect. We have been able to navigate through difficult situations with the gentle guidance of the amazing staff in this office.
I have seen both Colleen and Caitlin and both have been so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I love the atmosphere of the building as well. I feel very cared for by them and would highly recommend.
I've been going to counseling for 8 months now. The grief counselor I see is amazing and supportive.
