Zero Stars (had to leave 1 in order to submit a review). My husband and I recently had to deal with System Care New Minas, after experiencing a traumatic barn fire on our property in February 2024. The staff at System Care never once showed any type of empathy or care for the job that they were contracted to do. They refused to send employees to secure loose debris prior to a major wind/winter storm and said "we don't have anyone". Had an appointment early Monday morning with this company for a carpet cleaning in 2 rooms. We moved furniture and dismantled beds on Sunday for our upcoming Monday appointment. I called to make sure they hadn't forgotten because today's businesses are not as keen as they were years ago and they informed me that they wouldn't be coming. Then, without an apology, asked if I wanted to book for another time or if I'd like to go elsewhere. Seriously! Ugh
Excellent, professional work. Excellent service, above and beyond expectations. Excellent communication. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this company. The rates are competitive but the kudos go to Tristan, as he did such a beautiful job of our carpets. A really hard worker and so friendly and personable.
