I built with systembuilt and have been living in my home over a year. The home was well built but the experience with the company with communication, transparency, and installation was very poor. As another reviewer has stated there are hidden costs which you won't be made aware of till the final billing. Delivery costs should not be assumed to be a clear indicator of cost and are likely to be significantly increased. Other costs such as plumbing and Footings are likely to have significant increases. From our first enquiry in early 2019, to their assistance when we were looking at suitable blocks of land, to receiving our keys last week, we appreciate and thank the team at Systembuilt, especially Reid, Leonie and Justin. Questions were answered in a timely manner (and there are certainly a lot with a new home!) and Covid delays were dealt with professionally and honestly. If you are thinking of having a modular home built, we would highly recommend Systembuilt for creating and delivering your dream home!
