SMS rescued us when our Class A RV started having transmission problems while traveling across Canada, very far from home. They sent a mechanic to the campground we were staying to diagnose the problem. We were able to limp our RV to their shop in Midhurst. DK was our mechanic and he was the most helpful, informative and polite person to us, even with our frustration of the problems. He has been attentive to the issues with our shipping truck and has gone out of his way to facilitate and help with the issues we had been experiencing. I won't even trust him with a push mower. He does half ass work, replaces parts that don't need replacing without approval and sets you up the next breakdown all well charging u for booked hours not the actual time it took to fix.
