Worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Working with System Pavers was an absolute nightmare. What started as an exciting outdoor kitchen project turned into a long, exhausting ordeal. I signed the contract in July 2023, and the project wasn’t “completed” until February 2025, and even then, they refused to finish the patio as originally agreed. Robert and Jason were awesome! Great service! They responded quickly whenever I reached out to them. They have such a professional team! I’m very happy with our backyard, great design and neat! would definitely recommend System Pavers company!
Jason and his team worked really good, however Chris, I believe the project manager of our backyard project has refused to honor any warranty work or even complete the project as they were paid in full by financing! I have given them over 6 months with barely any responses and then the last response was Chris stating they will not be doing any work. Jason did a great job of planning for the stone installation, and made sure we got the result we needed.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Prospective clients should be extremely cautious; the company is not accountable for and failed to honor the promises made during the sales process by its sales team. We invested roughly 60K in a project and the company failed to deliver key aspects of the scope discussed and agreed upon during the extensive sales process.
