Everyone was very professional and courteous when it comes installation. Jesus kept me up to date with the steps and answered our questions promptly.
Worst customer service experience in my life! They could not perform the project we agreed upon, have not returned calls, emails or chat. Still holding my large deposit hostage after multiple attempts to get it back since May. THEY CANCELED THE ORIGINAL PROJECT and continue to make excuses for not reimbursing me. Shady, unethical, unresponsive
