I have never been as pleased with a construction crew, the individual men, and a project manager as I am with this particular group of men. Jared, the project designer was extremely helpful in guiding me through the HOA approval process. Thank you to Jesus the project manager, Julio and crew for their conscientious rapid fire work. We chose System Pavers because webl had heard they are #1 in customer satisfaction. We had a tile patio in our backyard that was just too slippery. System Pavers gave us a consultation and made us aware that it was not installed properly(too high on the weep screed). We were really excited about the project. I asked if I could also have my side yard done at the same time for grading purposes. And, I wanted the heavy duty rocks removed and replaced with pea gravel. When some of my recessed lights went out and a few pavers started to lift, System Pavers came out promptly, replaced the lights, and gave me a fair quote to redo the lifting pavers. Systems pavers have once again come through with a great job. This is our 4th time using them and words can not describe how happy we are. They did a beautiful retaing wall, pavers and some irrigation. We have had ALEX as our field supervisor twice. He went up and above to make sure our project was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. Wow love my new driveway !!! Luis the Sales rep was great in helping me pick the perfect color. Nestor the project manager checked in every day, making sure everything was going great. His crew is awesome, very hard working and take pride in their work. Highly Recommend System Pavers.
