It takes a team, and the System Pavers Team was top notch. We needed a retaining wall to match existing walls and house stucco color. The SP Team delivered and then some. Alex and his crew had to contend with jack hammering through a couple feet of granite and our many requests for the vision of the wall. Super responsive and they legit care about exceeding your expectations. If you want quality and an engaged customer service experience, Alex and his team won't disappoint.
Very happy with our new driveway and walkway by System Pavers. I'd recommend them to everybody. The whole process was easy and it took about 2.5 days from start to finish.
Brian with System Pavers San Marcos is my hero!!! I am faced with a warranty issue and Brian as Project Manager, came out to my house to view the problem . His kind & helpful manner went a long way to reassure me that SP would work closely with me to resolve any issues. I spoke with Alex and he gave me a good quote for re-sanding and sealing my new driveway. His team was able to do it two days later and did a wonderful job. It really brings out the color of the bricks in my driveway, walkway, and mow strip. Alex Paez is the man!
I had System Pavers San Marcos replace my old, cracked concrete driveway with pavers. They did an amazing job and the result is beautiful. Every one of their employees that I had contact with was exceptional: Ivan - sales rep, Kim - scheduler, Guenther - manager, Brayan - project lead, Gilberto - crew chief.
