Ripping Out Old Patio, Replacing with New Patio/Walkway System Pavers offered to rip out an old concrete patio, replace and redesign a new patio and walkway, and cleaned up all the mess within 5 days. And they did a good job cleaning up, leaving a clean and attractive patio. Price was fair and within the expected range. Additional work was negotiated at a fair price.
Superb service & workmanship System Pavers did an excellent job from sales through completion. We first talked to them on June 24th and the job was completed to perfection on July 1st--amazing! They worked with us to overlay our existing concrete patio and expand it using their unique paving system. The end result is truly remarkable. They are the first company that was willing to consider that option rather than tearing everything out and starting over. It saved money, time and a lot of mess. Great job, System Pavers!
Couldn't Be Happier Wonderful design and wonderful execution on our job (replacing a wrecked aggregate front walkway/step and installing a new patio). Our salesperson, Nat, spent a lot of time with us and offered some brilliant, out-of-the-box design solutions. Jerked Around Sold on a specific design, start date, finish date, price, etc. Every step of the way after the sale has been a process of them trying to alter the agreement. I was not budging on the agreed price because that would be BS. Regarding the design, we gave them a little wiggle room but that has turned into something totally different than what we were sold on. We found Ray, our design consultant, Scott, our construction manager, John, our field supervisor, and crew were very helpful in offering creative ideas and explaining how the work was to be done. Owner System Pavers were excellent from estimate to project completion.They installed two sections of walkway on our property and did it in 4 day. ( one day was lost due to heavy rains) The foreman, crew chief and crew were very skilled, hard working and polite. Their work was beautiful. I will certainly use them again when I need some paving done.
System Pavers is fantastic I had my walkway and driveway replaced by System Pavers and I LOVE IT! Won't ever have to worry about cracked concrete again! They were done in only 2 days and did an excellent job.
Discusted with this company. Unprofessional, don't do what they say, no communication and we paid for something that was not the design. Quick to take your money, no follow through and they do not clean up or repair any damage. We have to have another company come in and fix a problem for us. I would deffinately NOT reccomend this company. There are a lot of smaller companies out that that do a better job for a better price.
