A 2week project is now taking 2 months. The project managers make promises but have no control over the workers who are apparently subcontractors. They show up late some of them dont do any work. They left trash all around my property for two maybe three weeks now Ive been trying to get some corrections made on work that just was basically poured poorly done and they keep coming out and telling me that they fixed it and they havent done anything. The work was done well but the customer service was horrible. They told me they were putting rebar in and then did not. The foreperson said he would adjust the bill and then it wasn't and they wanted me to pay for the labor to dig down and see if the work was done properly. The workers told me that they didn't put the rebar in but now they are saying they did it. Very bad taste in my mouth. Lying kills them for me. We worked with ******* when System Pavers remodeled our patio and later we had them make a pad for our teardrop trailer. *******, every one on his staff and their contract workers have been professional and easy to work with. When we did the patio, their ******* worked with is to update the post bases to raise wood post above the new pavers. I utilized system pavers to replace a driveway and walkway to my house. I was promised that they would stand behind their work. I have had them come out three different times. I was told replacement pavers were not available. The pavers are uneven and the in some areas the tiles were cut poorly so they have large gaps They left me a bag of sand Weeds are growing through out the pavers and some of them are uneven. Read the contract entirely!This company has proven itself to be shady as can be.We had ******* come to our home to give an estimate and quote. First he seemed professional and provided us with a great sense of comfort by throwing out the warranty, insured and bonded narrative. Caution should be exercised when considering this company. Their exorbitant prices are justified by their promise of perfection, but our experience with them has been riddled with defects and issues. In fact, they had to demolish all the walls they installed due to several problems. While they did acknowledge their sub-contractor did a poor job and started over again, their business model is to charge high prices and subcontract jobs to crews that do mediocre work. We are working directly with the client to come to amicable solutions towards their complaints of shoddy work. We have sent communication to them stating the areas that need to be addressed/repaired. We are waiting for a response from the client to allow us access to do the necessary repairs.
Beware of this company. Their designer, ****, **** up a basic plan, lacked all details of sloping, a guess on how many stairs needed and inaccurate measurements. If you do not have a detailed plan it will end up costing you more money. System Pavers will take every opportunity to charge you more and do whatever they want regardless of what you communicated. System Pavers also hires Sub Contractors. They lied, telling us they were all their employees. I question if all their subcontractors are properly licensed. And the quali... read more
**** Going did a nice job of sizing up our pergola request. Five days later he said that he had forwarded our request to the engineers. We never heard from him again. After a while I called to find out the status and was told that we had withdrawn our request which was an outright lie as we never said such a thing. This is no way to do business. As far as we are concerned this company deserver no more business. To us they no longer exist. I hope that more people read these reviews before getting into the messes these reviews... read more
