Using System Pavers of ********* was a horrible decision that I regret daily! My small backyard project was supposed to be completed by April 27th 2024 is still not completed as of today (August 28th, 2024). I've heard nothing but lies & excuses from manager ***** *****. The fact that I might not be able to use my new backyard built-in bbq the by end of summer is criminal- who knows if these **************** will ever complete my project! Poor communication small project should have taken a week is now into over a month. Teams are contracted out people who set pavers brought whole family and camped out on our driveway with toddlers sleeping on concrete. Still waiting on turf communication is non existent will post when completed fingers crossed. Also waiting on broken piece to be replaced. Did not cover air conditioning unit when work was going on so lots of rocks and dirt on AC unit :(

First off let me say this company is a joke. So far I am at week 7 of a 1 week job. This company contracts out its work. You are left to deal with sub-contractors that show up when they want and do shoddy a** work. I have a project manager by the name of ***** who is extremely unresponsive and does not deliver on any promises. They ordered the wrong pieces for my project and are moving extremely slow to correct the job. The workers show up end of day and work for a bit then leave. I had to replace my main water line from my meter to my house. last year System Pavers completed all my hardscape in my front yard. I called ******************************* and let him know I needed some pavers removed and reinstalled once the water line was complete. He came out that day gave me a price which I thought was very reasonable and had a crew out there as soon as I agreed on the price. I use this company here in *******. I signed the contract. They started the job. It took them within a five months band. They were here for less than two days. They never finish a job. Ive been paying them monthly payments for a job that was never completed theyve been ignoring my calls text and emails, they did a very crappy job. System Pavers........I had patio surfaces installed on virgin grassy areas. The crew from System Pavers [headed by *********************** were clear and did construct the patios to proposed platforms. If there was need for tweaking, ***** was quick to have his crew react to address the "fix". I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing patio work.

Horrible company. Told us if we signed the day of the estimate we would get a discount and since we were getting additional bids they would allow us up to 3 days to cancel and get a full refund. We slept on it and realized the price was way out of line so we cancelled in less than 24 hours. 2 weeks later they still have not refunded our down payment of over $5000. We call, we text and they give us lies and excuses. System pavers is extremely dishonorable and cannot be trusted. They are liars through and through.

******* ** location. Estimated the job and we liked the proposal. They asked for a deposit and the check had cleared less than an hour after they left. After several weeks a project manager came for a walk through with the estimator. We were told project could start the next week. Two weeks went by and nothing.
