The work was done well but the customer service was horrible. They told me they were putting rebar in and then did not. The foreperson said he would adjust the bill and then it wasn't and they wanted me to pay for the labor to dig down and see if the work was done properly. The workers told me that they didn't put the rebar in but now they are saying they did it. Very bad taste in my mouth. Lying kills them for me. Beware of this company. Their designer, ****, **** up a basic plan, lacked all details of sloping, a guess on how many stairs needed and inaccurate measurements. If you do not have a detailed plan it will end up costing you more money. System Pavers will take every opportunity to charge you more and do whatever they want regardless of what you communicated.
