Wow! What a haven! This is a literally a one-stop body shop. I love how everything is under roof-cardio, strength, mix and hot Pilates and yoga! I leave every class so challenged and feeling so rewarded. It is totally worth the money because every class is different and works on something and challenges me every single time I go.
