Fantastic customer service, nice bunch of guys, know their stuff. Came in with a heating problem, they were able to put me on to a good repairman (happened to be able to identify the issue over the phone); supplied balanced input about product options, didn’t try and push me to a more pricey model.
Very dishonest service. Tried to purchase bonaire navigator RF control. Called ahead and was quoted a price $250. I went to the store to pickup the item and the price increased to $302 There were no standard pricing on any items in the store. Its a trade store; they seem to make up the price depending on who they are selling to. Price online for same item $240. I purchased it online
