Stephanie always has a smile on her face which makes you feel as if what is going to happen in class isn't that bad.
I'm really glad I made the decision to join. The workouts are challenging (in a great way), but Emmy and the other coaches are always looking to guide you through any unfamiliar movements. The gym is filled with friendly and supportive people that make the atmosphere welcoming and positive from the start. At the end of each workout, you will be exhausted but will also feel a huge sense of accomplishment.
