I always appreciate Emmy’s classes because of the high level of instruction and coaching that takes place. When you take her classes you know there will be specific drilling and a warm up that has you ready to let it rip during the lift and conditioning. The way she trains you during the barbell movements reminds me of being coached in the way I was as a college athlete so I’m a big fan
Nicole is an amazing coach. She does a great job of going through each workout, demonstrating and explaining correct form thoroughly. When the workout gets tough, you can always count on Nicole to be there to cheer you on and positively push you to achieve your goals.
I dropped in to check out the facility. Halle was the coach. She gave me a run down of the facility. Very welcoming and ran an excellent class.
Emmy is an excellent coach. She is extremely helpful and motivates me to work harder and makes me feel more confident.
Very organized and planned out. Wonderful coach and gym. Everyone was great! Highly recommend this gym.
