Quality of work and knowledge are great and I’ve always been pleased with their work in the past but their billing practices have some serious flaws. They charged me $75 to travel to Colville when diagnosing my problem and then another $75 when the parts came in. Both the labor (20-30 min each time) and the travel fees exceeded the actual cost of the parts to fix my system. Technician was awesome, friendly and helpful. Beware of what they charge you. You will be charged for the time in transit to you plus a trip fee. This isn't disclosed when making the appointment. going to BBB
