Staff is always polite. I thought the repair cost was a bit too high. However. everything seems to cost too much now. I, however, trust them and will be back.
I would give SysTech a 10 and higher if I could. I have a work vehicle with 180k miles on it and it broke down 2 times. Each time I had it towed to SysTech using Michael's towing which is the company they suggested and they are awesome also. Highly recommend. Both times that my car went to SysTech they were able to diagnose the problem very quickly and fixed it the same day. I have never met nicer people.
