Takes to long to unload and get paperwork don't have anything booked until you get out of there

Easy to check in, once you unloaded you must leave no overnight parking.
Appointment was at 9:00 PM. I arrived at 7:00 PM and was checked out at 12:40 AM. They start receiving trucks at 6:15 PM on Sundays. Operating days are Sunday through Thursday; they are closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
We was gotta an appointment for 11 pm but we checked in 9:15ish PM, we wait for to get a door 2/3 hours , and now it’s 4:25 AM , someone knock on the window and tells me , we don’t have a overnight parking and your paperwork should be ready at front , when i come to office they said we are waiting for LUMPER FEE , which is i didn’t receive any massage from them , i’m asking again okay send it to my number , they couldn’t send it , LUMPER FEE is $325.
